Each 30-minute session is a total-body strength and cardio workout. Sessions are offered on a private and semi-private basis, with one of our Kinesis®-certified instructors. You'll never get bored with more than 250 different exercises to keep you lean and toned.
This movement-based resistance training focuses on strength, cardiovascular, flexibility and balance. With its full-gravity technology, you'll move more freely, become stronger and more toned, improve stability, proprioception, and dexterity.
