PROGRAMMING SCHEDULE

All Underground classes require reservations and are fee-based. Reservations can be made up to seven days in advance and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies. All classes are 50 minutes, except NRG Endurance, which is 60 minutes.

Class Schedule Underground
Roots
These all-around strength and cardio conditioning classes are designed for participants of any ability. A small-group format means that each workout is different and customized for each participant.

 

NRG
As in “energy.” These 50-minute high-intensity classes are the core of any Underground training program. Designed to tap into your individual performance potential, these workouts offer something different everyday, so you’ll never get bored. Look for a combination of big muscle movements, joint-stability and mobility work, Olympic lifting, pirate training (that’s right…), and more.

 

Olympic Lifting
Develop new movement patterns that demand a high level of coordination and efficiency.
You’ll build strength and stamina, while looking like a tough guy (or girl).

 

Boxing
This class fuses western boxing techniques and cardio conditioning drills. Get lean and mean while learning how to execute real punches.

 

Joint Mobility/Stability
This is the new “warm up” and one of the best ways to prepare your body for load and performance demands. Improve your body awareness while preventing or addressing rehabilitative injuries.

 

Nutrition
Dig into a whole foods diet with snack suggestions, meal plans and plenty of delicious recipes for clean eating from our holistic nutrition master therapists. These monthly sessions offer encouragement, accountability, and ensure this training program delivers a complete transformation to total health.
