Pura Vida's spacious, sunlit Pilates studio is a hallmark of the club, featuring a complete array of Peak Pilates™ equipment and an incredible view of Cherry Creek.Pilates mat classes are offered complimentary with membership. Pilates Apparatus work is offered for an additional fee.

The Pilates Method was originally referred to as Mind Body Contrology, by its innovator Joseph H. Pilates. This system of precise movement employs a combination of equipment using spring resistance, barrels and other small accessories. Pilates exercises are also used to develop:
- Core stabilization
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Coordination
- Mental focus
Pilates can:
