Muay Thai Training

Take your conditioning to another level with martial arts. Muay Thai for all levels strengthens the body and mind through a combination of pad and bag work as well as calisthenics. These workouts are cardio-intensive and improve strength, muscle tone, muscle endurance, and flexibility. Not only is Muay Thai a beautiful art to learn it is also great for self defense and fun. Fit over 50

Build strength, length, and balance to maintain overall fitness as your body ages. These 30- or 60-minute personal training sessions are safe, informative, and combine full-body workouts with mindfulness techniques for a lasting foundation.
